Kingsbury & Kenton TKD

We teach the traditional ITF style introduced by General Choi Hong-hi in the 1950s. Kingsbury & Kenton senior instructors are Keiron Henderson and Dipesh Mistri, KKT’s Brunel University affiliate is run by Dr Daniel Morris. All three have trained in Korea with past students of General Choi!

We have a range of classes:

Monday 7pm – 9pm (7pm to 8pm Beginners class, 8pm to 9pm advance class )
Wednesdays 6.30pm – 9.30pm (Beginners class 6.30pm to 7:30pm, 7:30pm to 9:30pm advanced class)
Saturday 10am – 11am (Beginners only)

As experienced instructors with a combined 35 years of martial arts training and teaching we intend to improve our students’ fitness and flexibility and share the passion for our fighting art which we feel has given us all so much.

Our Vision

Our clubs aim to instil confidence in students through the teaching of Taekwondo with its range of proven and effective self defence techniques. We put a lot of time and energy into planning our classes for all ages, in which we encourage our students to aim for the best they can achieve.
