North West Schools of Taekwondo
We teach the traditional ITF style introduced by General Choi Hong-hi in the 1950s. Kingsbury senior instructors are Keiron Henderson and Dipesh Mistri, and both have trained in Korea with past students of General Choi!
We have a range of classes:
Monday – 6:30pm to 8:15pm (6:30pm to 7:30pm beginners class, 7:30pm to 8:15pm advanced class)
Saturday – 10am to 11am
As experienced instructors with a combined 35 years of martial arts training and teaching, we intend to improve our students’ fitness and flexibility and share the passion for our fighting art which we feel has given us all so much.

Our Vision
Our clubs aim to instil confidence in students through the teaching of Taekwondo with its range of proven and effective self defence techniques. We put a lot of time and energy into planning our classes for all ages, in which we encourage our students to aim for the best they can achieve.

(Saturday beginners Sat 9.30am to 10.30am and Seniors 10.15 to 11.15 am) and
(Monday beginners 7:00pm to 7.45pm and Seniors 7.30pm to 8.30pm)
